International Sales Representative for Spare Parts

We imagine you have a technical background. Maybe you’ve worked in technical sales or advisory roles—or even have roots in the maritime industry? Alternatively, you might have acquired technical understanding in other ways. There are several ways into this role, but the most important is that you have experience in sales, understand technical processes and products, and have a strong drive and eagerness to be challenged daily with both small and large tasks.

On a day-to-day basis, tasks vary widely, and we place as much value on flexibility and a proactive approach to work as we do on teamwork. A large part of your responsibilities will include daily contact with customers and suppliers, order handling, and preparing quotes.

Your Responsibilities

Daily communication with both domestic and international customers and suppliers
Maintaining and building relationships
Order handling
Preparing and following up on quotes, including communication with the warehouse, domestic, and international customers and suppliers
Handling product inquiries
Logistically managing spare part orders—from customer purchase orders to dispatch and issuing shipping documents
Ensuring purchasing decisions are based on solid ground and following up on these
Ensuring the quality of purchased products and maintaining necessary documentation

About You

All sales work is managed in our ERP system, so experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage.
You have strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
You have experience with minimizing operational costs and are an advocate for a greener future.
