Marine Engineer

We are looking for a marine engineer (2nd or above), for our client in Esbjerg, to help and support CMMS manager in charge of deploying new CMMS tool and support management of the team.

Working in an international and multi-cultural company, he/she will be proposed opportunities, immersive experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System replacement project and exciting perspective for career development.

Job responsibilities:

Support CMMS manager for all task related to CMMS deployment project including but not limited to:

• Change management and preparation of sea farers and Ship managers technical department in all aspects of new CMMS functionalities and limitations;
• Build user support material such as user manuals and eLearning for shore & offshore personnel;
• Build process to support accuracy and reliability of equipment data and PMS updates.
• Support CMMS manager in the post deployment stage of CMMS software with user support and query or incident management;
• Support CMMS Manager in the administration of the CMMS;
• Support CMMS Manager in the coordination and relationship management of project and post deployment stake holders;
• Support CMMS Manager in CMMS team management.

Professional qualifications:

• University degree (in mechanical or marine domain);
• 2 years as Chief Engineer or 3 years as Chief Officer or 4 years as 1st engineer or 6 years as 2nd Engineer;
• Experience at sea or at Ship manager technical department preferably on Offshore industry vessel.
