C.C.JENSEN designs and manufactures offline oil purification systems for the removal of contaminants from oil. With 71 years’ experience we are market leaders within the offline oil filtration and oil purification industry.
C.C.JENSEN Ltd. is one of 14 subsidiaries of C.C.JENSEN A/S who market and sell their products and services worldwide. C.C.JENSEN also have a long-standing international distribution network.
The position
C.C.JENSEN are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager within our UK operation, who will be responsible for managing growth within our product sales and service in the general industry sector
This position will cover the whole of the UK within the Industry market, ideally based in the Midlands, working from home with occasional days in our Durham office expected.
Role
The successful candidate must be a strong team player. Would be responsible for driving sales growth of C.C.JENSEN’s product range, developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
- To increase company turnover and maintain agreed profit margins through sales to existing customers, conducting market analyses and develop new business opportunities
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Analysing costs and sales
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate:
Education and experience
- Mechanical engineering qualification to HNC/Degree level or time served apprenticeship.
- At least 5 years’ experience selling into a manufacturing environment. Typical users would be cement, quarry, heat treatment and injection moulding.
- Experience with all aspects of Microsoft 365 would be advantageous.
Job-specific skills
- Understanding of fluid dynamics and how filtration technology can be applied in industrial applications.
- Experience in oil analysis and machine condition analysis.

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and must demonstrate the ability to embrace collaboration with colleagues both in the UK and internationally.
- Have the skill set to create customer intimacy and to work with integrity and professionalism at all levels.
- Must be a team player in every aspect.
